Dao Xiao Mian (Both chicken and Beef) 6. TOAST VERDICT - CMI!!! 1. Fried PRawn Mee Gravy of Prawn Mee don't taste seafoody and fragrant. Chilli taste weird. Prawn okay. Only thing special abt it is the packaging. 2. Nasi Briyani Bismati rice is nice for a gooood reason - it is fragrant and fluffy. BUT for some reason this one is NUAH. OILY AND NUAH. Dhal also CMI. 3. Naan and Chicken MAsala. The PLAIN bismati rice here is much better than the vegetarian Nasi Briyani. Chicken Masala is ok, not spicy. Naan not bad, fragrant. 4. beef Noodle Only Item that is unreservedly nice. Nice Sauce. Nice beef. Nice Beef Balls. Nice Tao Gey. Nothing exciting but nice enough. 5. Dao Xiao Mian The MIAN itself has a nice texture. Unfortunately the soup base really CMI. The beef one is worse than the chicken soup. 6. Toast Ordered Teh C, Kopi C Kosong. 4 slices of THICK toast with butter/sugar, OTAH, Peanut Butter, Hey Bee Hiam. Butter sugar is okay. Otah is interesting. Hey bee hiam is okay. Peanut butter is DAMN NICE. Order Kopi C kOsong but in the end not kosong. The peanut butter on thick toast is the best of all of them. -nodnod- this one i can imagine having a craving to eat again.

ShrodingersCat SG Famous doesnt mean good. Like Jalan Kayu Roti Prata is famous but CMI. And if you observe.. a lot of people could not finish the prawn mee. A lot of people QUEUE up.. but those that left their table.. a lot cannot finish the prawn mee...
stellazio SG no leh, its quite nice..sometimes when we have to lunch in, we'll send someone to da bao for us all..their chilli is quite spicy though.. you're talking bout the one where they serve it on a brown colour paper right?

ShrodingersCat SG Yeah. Unfortunate. I had very good Dao Huay and Fish Ball Mee Tai Mak at Elias Mall Food court the other day though. The Dao Huay was fresh and smooth. Very good. Fish Ball Bouncy and not too salty
elindra SG Jalan Kayu pratha standard drop till ground 0 liao. Any lower it's not fit for human consumption
