the Bear SG nothing much.. just hired a holden barina.. which is like the old suzuki swift 4-door hatch with a 1.6litre engine... drove with 2 others from melbourne to sydney, then drove with 4 others in the car from sydney to gold coast and back to sydney after a few days there, then 3 people from sydney back to melbourne.. a total of 6,000km was clocked over 10 days

Fatum SG eh ? ..... but here's a northern Chinese style recipe you can try .... the potatoes will have a raw, crunchy taste to them ..... 1. slice into thin strips some potatoes 2. boil them with VINEGAR ... very important ! ... it makes the potatoes crunchy instead of soft and starchy .... 3. pat dry and toss with saseme seeds, saseme seed oil, soy sauce, dried pounded chilis, some black vinegar if you like it sour .... voila ! ... standard issue drinking session side dish in the north ....
the Bear SG uhh.. i think about 4,000km of that 6,000km was clocked by me anyway, there was another 23 1/2 hour road trip involving 2 cars and 10 people... only 4 out of the 10 people drove 10 hours from Melbourne to Sydney, dinner, drive around Sydney for 3 1/2 hours, then 10 hours from Sydney to Melbourne
