lots of people have when faced with something daunting or

There are too many times when I see sorrow, pain and sadness, yet
it warms my heart when I see people turning these into lessons
learnt in life... and move on as stronger individuals.
My faith in humans is always rekindled when I see them bonding
together to face the aftermath of a natural disaster, letting their
personal grief take a backseat so that they may help others who at
that present moment, need all the support they can get.
I am awed that most people who are less fortunate find their own
niche, and develop these abilities to overcome the odds and their
handicap.
It touches my heart to see a youngster help an elderly / pregnant
stranger by carrying their load, even though it may just be a short
distance from the store to the parked car.
I love the fact that for 1 person who hates the world and its
inhabitants, grouse about every small little thing that irk them
and feel that life is generally unfair,... there are 1000 more who
love and treasure their very existence.
What about you?
LOL without breaking into tears i do have to aggree with you. It
brings a tear to my eyes when i see people in times of hardship
band together and act for the good and help each other along. Our
world is growing ever so more "individual" and i see more and more
people selfish and just uncaring. With the attitude well i am 1 and
so what can i do? as their excuse.
I sometime see people not getting up for older people in buses or
trains and sometimes see old people struggle up stairs or wheel
chairs caught while crossing the road and people not helping. Realy
pisses me off.
I want to cry when i hear of stories of children who are deaf and
blind. and their parents still loving their children and trying to
do what they can. And pisses me off when governement squabble over
money when applying for assistance for these kids. ANd yes i have
personally worked with these organisations.
