i live at the 13th floor, corner unit of a row of 3 room flats.
My cat escaped from a small gap of the window (facing open air) and
managed to hop onto the corridor outside my flat. My neighbour saw
her lying there around 8 am on Sunday morning. We werent home so
she gave her some water and went off to market. When she returned
about 11 am, my cat was still there.
Later when she went out about 5 pm, she found the bowl of water
moved and my cat's collar at the stairwell. She thought we returned
but for some reason, discarded the collar.
When we returned, we went floor to floor calling for her and
knocking her bowl. My cat hardly ever leaves the house, she might
run out everytime I return home only to just lie down about 1 m
away from my front door. There's NO WAY she is so smart can find
her way all the way down and just disappear. So we feel SOMEONE
must have taken her especially cos of the lost collar. She's a
lovely little thing.
SO we put up posters. We realised that the poster on the ground
floor and on the 12th floor disappeared. (all the other posters are
around)... so we put MORE posters.. including more posters on the
13th floor, and 14th floor.
And guess what? This time around, ground floor, 12th floor AND 13th
floor poster disappeared. 14th floor still around (highest).
SO SOMEONE on my floor KEEP removing my Lost Cat posters. I suspect
its the SAME person that have taken my cat. ANd I am DAMN worried
this person is torturing my cat or something - why the hell would
anyone want to take a cat OBVIOUSLY belonging to a neighbour (why
would a collared cat be wandering around 13th floor) and NOT return
it?? And EVEN keep on tearing down posters that declare its
lost?!
I've been asking neighbours. Some either DONT open the door or the
rest have not seen my cat at all.
I really feel so angry and frustrated. How can i CATCH this
person???
