There's a 'The Ways Of The Matriarch' cookbook? I loved that programme Very Happy but I won't buy it. I copied down all the recipes from the Arts Central website. Laughing

Oh yeah!! He's amazing!! He drives off in his Toastermobile and stops in all sorts of places - schools, friends' backyards, camping grounds, etc. and then whips up a storm! Very Happy

no nice leh.. still havent find one that is good.. most are DAMN fat lor..then never roast till dark enough so like eating rubber... or coz my standard too high??? just cant forget that char siew rice at geh pok shopping centre 2nd floor... but that uncle not selling there already.. sad.... that is authentic hk char siew rice.. very good.. not sg style one...

dun have my flavour leh.. they got alot of bak kwa here but most are not nice one... can u believe the best i ate is from our sg brand that bee cheng hiang??? and like i said.. i want to test test and maybe as a retirement job lor.. be a satay or bak kwa seller... Mr. Green anyone got the recipes?
