Well, I'm not trying to make the most out of it. That's what I
see plus there is a reason behind why a photo is taken this way or
that. Anyway as a personal opinion, I think the photo will lose the
focus point and uniqueness if it is all bright and cheery....You
know...like all bright cheery looking pictures with bright sun,
blue skies etc. 
I dunno the layout looks cluttered.....can't help you much there
because it's easier to see when you can shift around the layers to
find the best layout
