We
had told the developer's lender at our first sit-down that we
wanted to use downpayment assistance. She said she would research
and we left it at that. Now, come to learn, the developer doesn't
participate in bond programmes, which is what the downpayment
assistance is. I called the on-site sales people to let them know
that we are willing to back out of this deal and want our good
faith cash back if they won't let us use the programme. I mean come
on, why do they care where the cash is coming from as long as they
get it right? The saga continues....
Now you know why I tam por hor. *grumble, gripe, complain*
