porridge, i put plenty together with plenty of pepper also. wah,
then when the mouth like hiam hiam like that, drink hot coffee or
water....wah, shiok!!!

back in late 80s, the housing prices were crazy. cannot afford to
buy leh. then sekali, price drop in 92 hor, we bought lah. and up
north some more. that's all we can afford. ma la chai, price drop
some more. sold in 94. lost money and kena pay mortgage penalty and
some more pay agents fee of 6%!!!! draw blood man!!!! 
so, must consider your future resale also when you buy leh.
