I'm in a
bind.
Choice #1 (House) . Next phase release tomorrow. Price will
increase for sure 'cause there's a wait list and I have to be there
promptly at 11am when they start calling out names. Previous price
was $345K and comes with everything.
Choice #2 (Townhouse). Initially turned down two locations 'cause
they sucked. Both were right by the pool, tot lot and dumpster.
Agent called me 3 days ago with TH in a great location, on the side
of the development that faces a green belt with trails, ball fields
over 12 acres. Price is $338K but doesn't come with everything.
Have made a reservation on this till Sunday. If price on Choice #1
goes up too high, this will be the one.
