Rhonda SG Lau, sorry, couldn't help it but have to point out something... 'Servant Leadership' is not grammatically correct leh! It should be ''Servient Leadership'', the word 'servient' being an adjective, a derivative of 'servant'. Update : Actually, after posting the above, I've been thinking and thinking about it... Now, I'm not sure if it ought to be "Servile Leadership" or "Subservient Leadership" instead! 'Subservient' is an adjective, so is 'Servile'. But, I think the most accurate would be 'Subservient Leadership'.
