Hubby told our neighbours about the incident and found out that
we may have been targetted by default. A few days prior, the
neighbour to our left got her car broken into while she was at the
mall. The thief took all her credit cards, ID, garage door opener,
spare key to daughter's truck and atm cards. She found out later
that the thief tried to use her ATM card 15 mins after the
burglary. Anyway, since the thief knew her address, she felt that
maybe the thief came by, saw no car in my drive way (mine was
parked in the garage), decided to target my house instead.
