only if more than one comes out at the same time..
if one at a time, it's local...
they then slit open your gum, saw your tooth into two or more, rip
out the bits, drill a hole in the rest of the tooth to remove the
roots, saw a bit off your jaw, clean out the hole they made, then
sew it up..
5 days later, you go get the stitches removed...
