apparently not Sad seems like cos swimmers tend to retain more fat than people who do other sports. So while you DO train up in a less accident prone environment.. apparently you dont really lose weight leh.

pacific clams are nicer to eat...

pork, don't really need to marinate for steamboat.. just use some light stock.. the rest will turn the soup into something really yummy Wink

Wah, so generious ah. 4 cans ah. I only bought one can. Anyways, I only eat abalone and sharks fins during CNY. The storekeeper said sea cucumber is good for complexion but I don't know how to cook them. Sad But I bought that ho see and fatt choy to go with Chinese mushrooms. Guess I have to start cooking either Thursday or Friday night. Let the flavour get soaked in, right?

No lah, I'm only having the dinner with hubby and son. Friends wanted to go to this Thai buffet place but I honestly prefer the dinner with immediate family members. Yeap, I still quite traditional in some things. Embarassed
