Rhonda SG It's odd... I was ok in my corporate job, but I made a mess in my nursing job. I just couldn't be part of their culture. For some strange reason, my entire few years in the hospital, I stuck out like a sore thumb. Just met an ex-colleague, who's now my friend, today and we discussed about areas where I had botched up! Thing is, I even know where and when I botched up! Good thing is I know that I did well in my previous jobs... at least, my self-confidence doesn't suffer that big a blow!
