when you're younger CNY was something to look forward to ....
nice clothes, fireworks, great food etc ...
but as you get older, you simply bo chap liao ....
it's just another holiday, with some dreary family meals to go to
at various places, a few rounds of cards, making small talk with
relatives who only seem interested in comparing assorted cousin's
results and my marital status .....
I haven't celebrated CNY for a few years now and frankly I don't
miss it ...
