Level meaning dip, degree or master(unlikely for
photography)....then can recommend the relevant institutions mah.
My colleague is familiar with institutions in design, though not
photo.
Don't think you need to start from the bottom, from what I've
seen...maybe take some foundational electives to complement the
main course.
