It's a different ballgame in here. I'm a junior in terms of
ranking, in this new place. I do not have the requisite paper
qualifications (because I do not want to sign on yet another 3-year
bond for an 11-month course), and there are lots of things at this
new workplace that I'm not familiar with.
So, because of all these factors working against me, it'll do me
more harm than good if I were to roar like a lioness when I'm
actually a wee kitten. 
I'm already treading on eggshells because they resent my intrusion
into their 'territory', and this workplace does have a reputation
because they have a strong 'culture' and they aren't exactly
accepting of newbies.
If I'm really good at my job, I can perhaps roar... but thing is,
I'm a junior, I need their guidance afterall, so, I can't even mew
sometimes.
