3. incase the chewren dont survive, less chance of the body being
discovered

1. less selection of chewren
2. my demand of chewren may outstrip supply
3. lower population = closer knit community = harder to penetrate +
harder to get disguises to work/blend in

2. dont need to worry about chewren supply shortage
3. everybody is basically a stranger to everybody else = very easy
penetration/blend in

3. paranoia about pedophiles from parents
