Good camouflage, or shall I say, make-up 
,
as well as a lot of touching-up via Photoshop, transformed all
those ladies into cover girls.
Incidentally, I just heard a colleague say that when she was in
Japan on attachment, she thought all the females in her ward were
pretty, until she chanced upon a few of them without make-up one
day, then she realised, cheh... all were pretty cause of the
wonders of make-up!
Nowadays, whenever we go out and I comment, ''Oh, that lady is so
pretty!'', she'll exclaim, ''AIYAH!! Take off her make-up and
you'll be shocked!''
