This reminds me of the boss who took great care in making each
cup of lipton tea when he was operating the kopi stall at the funan
ctr foodct.
He would pour out an exact amt of tea using a measuring cup, an
exact amt of evaporated milk using another measuring utensil, add
sugar, mixed them in the cup with hot water, and diligently stir
the tea slowly, as if to ensure the precious liquid will not spill.
He was like concocting magic potion, and it was one of the best
teas I've had in a foodcourt.
