they play it.. every 15 minutes or something...

that's when they have their "special".. limited stuff for you to take.. first come, first served.. stuff like "Lobster Salad" or other stuff which is not part of the buffet but "free specials"... limited to first 10 to 20 customers Laughing

i happened to be at the place when they presented the Lobster Salad.. not too bad
