Rhonda SG What shopping?? I hear people talking on and on about shopping in KL, but I go there, land in KLCC's large malls, and I wonder, "Eh... so erm... shop for WHAT ah?" What do you guys buy over there that you cannot get here? The prices that I see in the malls aren't exactly lower either! So... shop for what? Pirated computer / console games and DVD's?? Snacks that aren't available here? What else? *scratches head...
elindra SG That's coz you're shopping in the wrong places. We dont' shop in KLCC You can get some interesting finds and KL have cheaper shoes of better quality !!!
Rhonda SG No one told me where, and I'm not a local, so I wouldn't know stuff like that. I'm a regular tourist and I stuck to Chinatown, Petaling Jaya, and KLCC.
choco B SG You're welcome. Nah, I like heights KLCC houses the luxury brands, all mid/high-end stuff. I went to Lot 1 or Sungei Wan or something to shop. We stayed around that area. Bought some shoes, and eheh, DVD hauls.

Wanda SG Midvalley megamall has this huge pet shop on the upper floor – is it still there? It’s also near to Bangsar (machiam our Holland V kind of place for makan and cafes).

Rhonda SG I always knew it was prudent to go around asking folks for info about the place you're travelling to. So, I've been reading up and talking to friends and colleagues but forgot to tap on the network here! Forgot all about the network of avid shoppers! Sigh... next time, before I go anywhere, I'll ask all of you for tips! But then, there'll be some folks who'll say that I'm trying to hao lian.
