Wanda SG Oh, have u been watch Keith Floyd cooking in India on Thu nights? Very interesting....all sorts of curries, and they often have garlic n ginger puree n yoghurt as ingredients. Curries cooked by Chinese don't use yoghurt.
laurence82 SG Hmm, i dont watch Keith Floyd, its because my mum been trying to improve on her curries I still prefer the ones cooked by Indians, strong, sweet and sour at times The Chinese ones are usually weak, and use too much coconut milk
