kopiosatu SG the guy who was death keeps asking if there's a pool table. and it seems like there's a difference in entry regulations if the pub has a pool table. which is total bull anyway. sooooo in the end we still went to muddy murphys and the pool table wondering dude didn't turn up.
Lingos SG HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA Are there really entry regulations with a pool table? Is that for real?
kopiosatu SG old ones are the full coveralls, i have swapped them all... i miss the old coveralls, just like pyjamas....
laurence82 SG My grandma used to be from SCGS Way back then, they are called rickshaw rider because their uniform resembles the rickshaw riders of the day Now its more like white shirt blue pinafore...not much tho
Rhonda SG Hmm... I've been wearing a uniform now for the past 3 years +. I must say that there are pros and cons. Pros : - don't need to think about what to wear everyday - cheap - uniforms are provided free! - everyone sticks to a dress code and, in places like schools, it can save the students' parents a lotta money because kids in school won't be able to go around spending their parents' money buying designer wear, trying to do the one-up! (Can hear the moms and dads heaving a sigh now! haha!) Cons : - no creativity, no leeway to express your individuality - boring, staid! - if the style of your uniform doesn't suit you, you'll look like a walking pumpkin or whatever!
Lingos SG Well.. thing is.. when u've hit puberty. It's a pretty bad stage to be in as it is emotionally and stuff. Then you gotta deal wearing the uniform which is pretty revealing (me thinks) and i think lots of the guys in bar agree with me as well.
The man who was death SG i didn't say that what, i was just asking if it was easier to get into a pub than a pool parlour
Lingos SG It is a very awkward uniform. You gotta watch out for underarm action... imagine a poor adolescent being teased in school for not waxing. Especially when u're only 13/14 and still dealing with changes.
