Not a very fufilling trip, cos my gf fell sick and tired most of
the nights - which is suppose to be the most happening!!! Ah.
Nevermind.
MBK and Siam SQ is a must go! I love that place so much!
Orchard Rd can go fly kite le. Literally...
The atomsphere, the people, the activities there were
fascinating.
MBK is really damn big...but i prefer Siam SQ.
Pratunam Market....don't really like it, but i was told that we
haven't got into the real market. So inot sure. Any one with
pictures???
Jakjujat Market - Walauz...friggin big and cheap.
One good quality shirt in SG = $30
in BKK can bargain to $8
But have to see the condition and material of the clothings.
Note: CCC Market or BKK Thais don't really like us, cos they think
Sporeans very very very Cheapstake! And it's true....
So cheap le still bargain...
Remember to eat the roadside stalls in CCC Market. Very nice
stuff!
You're there to eat and shop, so go for their local food.
Unfortunately, i didn't have much time to eat. Too busy shopping
and walking aimlessly.
Hmm...some things i won't forget, which i'll never get in SG.
Green Mangos 1 pack - 20 Baht
2(!!!!) Honey Mango 1 pack - 20 baht
Roselle Water, Longan drink, Blended Fruits - 15, 15, 30 baht
respectively.
Starbucks Mango Tazo Ice Blended(Real Mango!!!!!) - 40 baht
Beef kway teow and bee hoon... - 30 baht SUPERB!
Note: Do not go to this restuarant : Cabbages and Condoms. The food
Suck big time...unless you're not used to local food then you may
proceed to partake tourist food.
Personally, i condemn that place.
Bed Supper Club. I only reached the entrance until my gf forgot to
bring her passport. So we headed back to hotel to collect her
passport. Then the unfortunate happened.
She had stomache upset, so got to stay in.
___________
It's interesting to see Thais begin speaking to us in Thai.
So we reckon that we looked like the locals. Which is good
news!
The only thing is language. Hmm...got to learn Thai. Heh.
