the Bear SG oh... another one of my being a nightmare neighbour the neighbour's stupid dog is just so dumb, he sometimes sits facing the wall, barking.. and when let into the house, he wants out, when he's allowed out, he wants in... when it rains, he sits in the rain even when the house is open for him to get in... oh well.. one night, i stuck my didgeridoo out the window and blew at it.. the dog started to howl and howl.. i think the neighbours were woken up but did not know what that sound (the didgeridoo) was and were annoyed with the dog for howling i only did that twice in my life too bad the family moved out of their rental house already
hisoka SG hmm if you poison your own food which you specifically put a sign telling pple not to eat/never offer to other pple? sad singapore dun even allow for self defense
Rhonda SG Eh! What kind of 'self defense' requires you to resort to food poisoning?!! You're going to have a field time explaining to the judge why there was a need for you to spike food with poison and keep it lying around in the first place!
laurence82 SG Wait, i have one.. Kids...i dont mind them playing outside my hse, even tho they are noisy But they go ruined the bell of my bike which i have not choice but to put outside Sumtimes, they go put sand in our shoes......-_- Been wanting to hang them by their legs to the ceilings
Rhonda SG This is a didgeridoo : http://aboriginalart.com.au/didgeridoo/what_is.html Basically, it's an Australian Aboriginal wind instrument which produces a low-pitch, resonant sound with complex rhythmic patterns. Now you know why it got the dog howling! If you explore the other pages in that website, you'll also read this : "This was used by Aboriginal men as a magic charm for obtaining wives." Oi, Bear, soon, Mrs Bear will come a-knocking on your door!
tare SG imagine, she came knocking: 'hey watever u're blowing is driving my dog crazy!'... door open, she see bear..... 'ooooh'.... *electric currents go zap zap*
choco B SG I knew children were difficult, but it seems many of you are living close to kids from hell. My new neighbours are a family with schooling kids. But I've never heard any commotion from them. I think they must be really well disciplined or mild in nature. We're lucky!
AF2005 SG the group of malays youths that hang out in my void decks even dare to steal chairs from funeral wake when nobody watching. imagine malays youths stealing red chinese funeral chairs, somemore the ones used for all the chinese prayers by the monks and so on. one group even try to sit next to the wake and make a lot of noise, hoping to get some ang pow money. one hr no money so they go away. are they taught not to touch such things unless they are the type that can eat pork and go non halal. newer estate are better with new generation small families.
SydneyLibrarian SG LOL that would've been a sight to see for sure! How did you manage to carry your didgeridoo back to Sg, btw? Is it those super long ones or a smaller type?
seow SG I heard of a similar story from a kaki, different solution though, i think they put laxative in the food and jammed all the hostel room doors.
the Bear SG it's about 5 feet long... i just checked it in at the airline counter and they put it in as "oversized fragile" and when i turned up in singapore, they had a bemused and puzzled dude holding it, waiting for me to pick it up
dragg SG my stupid neigbour is knocking again. it is so difficult to tell if the noise is coming from the left, right or unit upstairs. these people should all rot in hell.
