Nope... the news article says, "He survived the fall... but he
later died of his injuries".
He couldn't have landed headfirst. If he did, it would have been
immediate death upon impact.
BTW, I've nursed two patients who were 'jumpers', one jumped off
the 9th storey of an HDB block and survived, the other, the 3rd
floor. Have also nursed an illegal immigrant who jumped off the 4th
floor of a carpark and survived too.
