ermm firstly we do not know if the barber has a bad temper or
maybe he was pushed so hard that he really cannot stand it even if
normally he had a nice temper and took it out on the
customer.
I am sure you have seen case of nice people who suddenly just
explode at some situation
we do not know the actual situation anyway so would not be good to
judge him as a moron.
