littlestream SG I just came back from the cafe. Nothing looked appealing. Guess what I brought back? One oatmeal/raisins cookie and one white chocolate/macademia nut cookie. Yeap, that unhealthy. And I NEED TO LOSE ALL THAT WEIGHT! I was chanting that while walking back.
Rhonda SG Oh yeah, those were the fun days! Well, a little slowdown for a short while is good and necessary cause we all need to recharge our batteries. However, I'm just kinda missing those days!

littlestream SG Yah, I looked myself in the mirror and wonder what mooncake is that? Hubby and I were talking last weekend that "what good is beauty when one do not have health?" What a great excuse to eat. Yeap, those fast and furious days eh? But one thing I've learnt in life? Nothing last forever, so cherish while we are at it. Enjoy the moment. Not referring to this but in everything else. With friends, jobs, hobbies, lifestyles, blah, blah, blah.............
littlestream SG MG, what’s for lunch? Brought one or heading out? It’s still nice at the teens isn’t it? But it was windy yesterday. My fingers were freezing as I harvest my chillies.
Rhonda SG MG, I'm trying to pace myself, to contain all that excitement so that I'll gradually build up to a crescendo just before I leave, instead of burning out then! The agency's rushing me to submit the application to the nursing board for my licence already but I don't really wanna rush things yet. It's still a tad too early. Timing is of the essence! It's not like I can leave tomorrow! I'm now discarding things and sorting things out at leisure. I've tons to go through so that'll be a royal pain in the derriere! Worse, today, I received news that contrary to what was promised, the town council might actually insist on my unit having its pipes changed as part of upgrading, which means that there'll be major inconveniences to me. Worse, it's all gonna happen when I'm on vacation too so I probably will have to get mom or someone to housesit for me. *grumbles

Rhonda SG Yup! hehe! And, looking at my history, it'll most likely happen when I'm least aware of his presence even! It's always been like that in my life - the guys I like have always run 10 miles away from me, those that I'm apathetic about will come approach me and persist in hounding me till I relent. Weird, right?

littlestream SG Aiyoh, you heard it from the wrong grapevine lah. Where got freezing? My chillies still crisp and hot. It's still flowering so I've not kill it yet. The only thing it is not doing is turning red. No, evenings or nights are still nice......well, as long as the wind co-operates. Enjoy your lunch. I consider I have had mine. I have a tangerine and a pear in my lunch bag for later. But for now, looks like I need some siesta time.
