There are males who cannot become doctors, so they choose to be
nurses.
Then, there are guys who are compassionate and want to be nurses to
help save lives.
Me? I like the action and I love knowing that something I did,
helped to save a life. Or that I helped to comfort grieving
relatives and helped the patient pass on peacefully, without
pain.
I also enjoy the times when I was free enough to sit beside some
old lady / old man's bedside, humouring them, listening to them,
talking to them, cheering them up. 
Ah mah's and ah gong's can be very fun to
talk to!
