slipped disc in 1996, surgically repaired in early 1997..
slipped disc again on 31 Dec 2004, snapped back into place by
chiropractor a week later
pinched nerve causing crippling pain in lower left of back, just
above the hip 3 months ago...
various other niggling injuries of the neck, shoulders, knees,
ankles and fingers caused by treating my body like a battering ram
when playing sports in the past..
anyway, trying to get back into a "keep fit" routine by cycling
when i can these days
