Yes indeed, things are moving! In the whirlwind of preparations for
the departure, you probably won't notice the time passing;
suddenly, much to your surprise, you'll look at your calendar and
realize the departure date is only a couple of weeks away.
It can also be an emotionally draining time, as you'll have to bid
farewell to friends and relatives. This is not an easy thing to do, especially
at our age, when we've already established a large and close circle
of friends The one consolation is that you'll never be (too)
far from Singapore, making return visits relatively convenient and
painless.
