I've been annoyed by my neighbor upstairs whom is PR, works sewing work at home around the clock.Those nosies made of electric sewing machine and pounding something really drove me crazy.At first i was puzzled and curious how could a guy work 24 hours without sleeping untill one day i met an older lady resembled my neighbor several times at the lift ,then i realised she got i think should be her sister from malaysia helping her.

I've talked to her 4 times amicably,but she denied and said she quit sewing work at home 5,6 years ago.I've approched HDB for help,even called police no help at all.

how i know she does sewing work at home ,my other neighbors told me.

complaint police. file a report. complaint to all authroities. they cannot work in hdb flat, must apply for small home business. even if so cannot work aorund the cock and disturb neighbors. so much for FTs! look what the guys in white had done!

Sound like your upstair neighbour is operating a 2 shifts low cost PRC sewing factory, i bet not only you are affected, get other neighbourers around there to witness it, then, altogether, go see police, if police failed, see MP, election is around the corner, MPs are concentrating on citizens, especially so, when you got a large neighbourhood down his or her office.

very simple lar. Hire a private investigator to take photo of goes in and out of your neighbour. If really true your neighbour is operating illegal seamstress factory, then you can catch them on the premise they operating business without a permit and probably hiring illegal immigrant workers.

Once you gather enuogh evidence go complain to relevant authorities they are operating illegal business.
