Rhonda SG OK, found it!! Here's our previous thread on BMI! http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=138715 And here's a thread on the Body Composition Analysis machine: http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=138186 And a pretty interesting discussion on 'Fat ... but Fit'? http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=137203
fudgester SG I weigh 63kg, and I'm 1.7m. My BMI is 21.8. I'm pretty big-boned... most people think I'm sub-60kg. Personally, I prefer to be around 61-62 kg. Don't ask me why.... I just like the sound of it. Oh well, the fasting month's coming up soon anyway.
Rhonda SG It has been touted to be inaccurate, yes. seow, I posted a few url's to old threads here where we discussed this topic in great detail, including the question you just asked. You might want to check them out.
Rhonda SG Dunno, leh. You always mock and tease and criticise one, and online, all we see are words, so don't know if you're kidding or being evil! Anyways, according to my Body Composition Test results, a whopping 34kg of my body weight is fluids! Maybe, got some funny endocrine problem one! Or maybe, I'm just a human sponge!
