Rhonda SG Gosh, so many corny jokes tonight! Yo, MG! I have a feeling that you and Bear and I will get along real well if you were to return to SG and join us at our MM outings! When you do return, make sure you'll tag along! We'll do something special to celebrate your presence! Erm... like putting on party hats or something!
Rhonda SG PSST!!! Did you guys notice that there's now a Vote option where you can place a vote for a thread that you think should be a featured topic? The criteria is that the thread should be well-written and that the topic should be substantial! So, let's start cracking!!
littlestream SG Bear.........this is a better joke lah. I mean, than your that Bar one. But I do appreciate it, nevertheless. Thanks, although I also didn't understand it. I think my mind is filled with numbers. My desk is in such a mess, so unlike me. Perhaps, it's time to head back. Okay, let me absorb some more "chi" from you lovely people before I get rejuvenated to work.
Rhonda SG OK, my turn at the corny jokes! I thought of these jokes myself, ok! So they're original!! However, to keep with the theme here, I shall add the Bar setting as a twist! A dog walks into a Bar. The Bartender asks, "How's Life?" The dog replies, "Grrrrrrrrr-Ruff! RRRrrrrruFF!" Geddit? Geddit??!! OK, another original joke : A horse trots into a Bar. The Bartender asks, "Will it be an Old Speckled Hen today?" What is the horse's reply?? Yes or No?? The horse says, "Nnneigh! Neigh!!" (Nay! Nay!)
Meia Gisborn SG "Reality" shows are only as "real" as the producers and/or directors allow them to be. Yes, they are silly and they are "scripted" to the extent of the director encouraging the participants to behave in a certain fashion. Can you honestly tell me that you don't behave differently when a camera is aimed at you? Why did it win so many Emmys? Because the standards of broadcast entertainment in this country have dropped to abysmal lows, as have the expectations of the viewing public.
littlestream SG Ohhhh..........what can I say? Ex-neighbours............ Oh yeah, I love it there and the memories that came with it. And it was the venue of the blossom of love (between Littlestream & hubby). I think if hubby and I were to walk the same path again in our gold age, oh, what a lovely and sentimental stroll it will be.
Rhonda SG Come on, peeps!! Let's put on our thinking caps and come up with a feature thread that shall be vote-worthy!!
