Rhonda SG OK, then it has to cross a major, busy road or even better, cross the railroad before it can reach me... once again, the probability of it becoming roadkill before remotely reaching me, is an extremely comforting and reassuring thought!
Rhonda SG Dunno what happened... probably it's a residual effect from working that long on that silly 'special assignment' thing. Or maybe, it's my new workplace - lots of nurses there fall ill regularly because there are tons of respiratory cases there!
Gackt247 SG The problem is, the well tt she comes out from is on screen. It doesnt matter where is the well as long as u watch the video. The tape is like a warp portal of some sort. So be very afraid.
Rhonda SG That mask is used only for cases like Tuberculosis, MRSA Sputum, and a few other cases. Not ALL cases warrant the use of the N95. Will kena major scolding, man! Cannot anyhow use it one! Expensive!
the Bear SG now got new technology... come out from DVD player anyway, what do you think about cafergot? trying to "convince" gackt to use it and if he believes me, he needs a lobotomy
Rhonda SG Nobody bothered to copy the Videotape on VCD nor DVD, leh! Lucky for us! Besides, we all indirectly watched that videotape when the actors / actresses watched it on their TV wor... and we're all still alive! And oi! Why are you trying sooooo hard to scare me, ah??!! pthpthpth!!
Meia Gisborn SG Thanks for the heads-up. Although I am nominally not a horror flick fan, I shall have to take a look at this one when it hits the US, just to see what Singapore moviemakers are capable of. MG
Rhonda SG It was shot in a very very old shophouse and is pretty original. I read somewhere that the residents of Joo Chiat had quite a nasty fright when during a filming break, one of the 'ghosts' went to the stairwell of a nearby HDB flat for a ciggy break! The residents who got a bad fright had to be calmed down by the filming staff!
Rhonda SG Y'know, ghost movies have a lot of cliches, like shadows here and there, a quick glimpse of a ghastly face, etc. We no longer find those stuff scary BUT...imagine if you're alone at home, it's very very dark, and then SUDDENLY, stuff like those start to happen to you!! AAAAAaaaaaaaiiiiieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
Gackt247 SG Oic.. but i tink tt's not really the main issue isnt it? But rather is the emotional impact on patients seeing hospital staff all donning masks.
Rhonda SG Well, they'll have to deal with that. Which is worse, seeing that, OR, knowing that you've caused the deaths of a few healthcare workers who were caring for you?
