And sit there for eternity, waiting for some little thing to touch me and I'll EXPLODE!!! Then, if you look and see strings of colourful viscera and flotsam floating by, you'll know what just happened! I wonder why my digestive system can be so darn sluggish at times!

the Bear SG my sis made the stuff so it's not that yummy seriously... she has a heavy touch... i would have emptied half a bottle of red into the sauce, less beef, a touch more herbs, and a touch of salt.. and heck of a lot more tomato puree... grate some parmesan into it too..
