Orh... working nights! 
I'm on rotating
shifts with absolutely no predictable pattern. 
And, you have a very interesting job! 
There used to be this wonderful stall at the coffee shop at my
block, selling delicious beehoon-mee but now, sadly, they stopped
running the stall because the cook had a minor stroke. 
Saw her the other day at the bus stop and smiled and tried to ask
how she was but I think she's pai seh or something, not really keen
to talk to me. 
Anyways, I love my beehoon-mee with ngoh hiang, cause they used to
make great ones. Also, they used to make wonderful prawn fritters.
Egg, sunny-side-up, is also nice! Depending on mood, sometimes,
with sausage / luncheon meat / vege...
Their lontong's nice too!
Argh! I miss that foodstall!!
