reality, they are dependent on those who backstabbed their way to
their high positions...
it is almost a physical impossibility for them to work properly..
because if they did, they'd be shown for the incompetent bastards

so, to create an atmosphere of anger, gives them an excuse to
surpress, and squeeze those under them... whatever happens, the
guys below take the flak, they get away scot free... all they have
to do is to tekan people and make sure people who can work, do the
