kops21 SG say until like so unwillingly. Read on my Journal of KLIA Marathon 05 I finished middle of the entire group that completes the Marathon. Me too FAT to be a speedy gonzales lah....some folks are damn too good for me. How is ur training, Half M in Decemeber?
care bear SG Congratulations!!!! I cant even think of 42km!!! me.. still running loh....but no improvements...stuck at the 5km mark... Half M in December is the target but dunno can reach or not...must add oil...diesel power not enough must upgrade to 98...

kops21 SG last year this time, i am doing slightly above 3km. If you tell me i be doing Half M at the end of the year, i would have died laffing. From now to Nov, there are at least 2-3 10km public runs, try to take part in the runs as part of the training for the Half M. Come december, 21km is just a stroll by the park.
the Bear SG it was a moshpit there without the fun and good music.. however, good company helped didn't make it to the Brauhaus as fatigue got to us.. hey, another time still got a book to hand to you
Estee SG ahahahaha...... i'm somewhat like you... mostly i make myself the last one in the cab... so they dun get to send me to my doorstep... And if there's any chances... maybe i might have a hard time searching for the keys rather than jingling them... haha... moreover i'm 'labeled' as being very 'cool'... i doubt i'll have any funny expressions though...
