Rhonda SG Sigh... I kinda dread going to work today... will have to step into the Empress Dowager's office and stand in front of a firing squad. Quite a few of my colleagues kena a terrible scolding session yesterday already, and today's my turn. Gotta learn how to look like I'm listening when I'm really thinking of something else and not letting her harsh words permeate my armour! hehehe! I think by now, I'm quite thick-skinned already!

the Bear SG i go to the chiropractor and he just adjusts the heck outta the back.. it hurts like blazes.. then i get home, ice it down and it feels better.. should be okay real soon gettin' better, thanks
