Gee, am wondering what I'll be facing at work... will it be a
'warzone' or will there be peace in the ward? 
Sometimes, quite sian to step in and before you even start work,
the battle already begins. 
Dunno if it's cause of the lousy weather lately but I feel more
lethargic than usual. Do you guys feel the same too? Izzit the
weather?
