Meia Gisborn SG

Sounds like it was a delicious dinner.

But the more important question is: who was this 'great company'? Someone special in your life? Wink

Folks.........I want to respond to your posts but work is kicking me in the butt to get my act together. Be back soon, hor? Very Happy

Thanks for the patience ah. Embarassed

Rhonda SG

Huh?? Why??

Meia Gisborn SG

Eh? What happened to meat prices in Singapore? Confused

MG

Lingos SG

Too expensive. hahaahha..
I saw steaks for like.. $8 each and i'm thinking wtf?!?!

Rhonda SG

No special one in my life right now. Just a few new guy friends I met recently and am getting to know. Embarassed

It's really odd - I get stages in my life when almost all my pals are busy or overseas and I feel so alone and then suddenly, they're all back or suddenly free and then I'm a busy social bee! Laughing

It's always good to meet up and catch up with old buddies again and make new friends with like-minded folks because frankly, shallow relationships just doesn't cut it for me! Wink Razz

Meia Gisborn SG

Solution: buy ground beef, press them into burger patties, and fry. You'll get your fill of meat for a lot less than buying steaks! Mr. Green

(Or you could just become a vegetarian.)

Lingos is from Melbourne.

Meat prices in Singapore are still pretty ok. As long as there's no Mad Cow Disease, Bird Flu, and Japanese Encephalitis (which affects pigs), the prices are pretty stable.

OK! Hope you'll be able to finish your work fast, like Speedy Gonzalez! Yeeba Yeeba An-de-lay! An-de-lay! (I'm sure it's some Spanish word, but not sure what the hell it is he's saying! Speedy Gonzalez not only has fast legs, he has a swift tongue too! Laughing )

Lingos SG

I don't like hamburgers.
I likey steaks.
I NEED MEAT.

Lingos SG

OMG how? I cannot find my house keys..!!!
URGH...

Lingos SG

There's a bloody drought going on and everything has skyrocketed.
Plus petrol prices are like... $1.30 now.. compared to what... 80cents a year ago. URGH

Rhonda SG

Shocked

They're STILL missing?!

Where did you last remember seeing them, girlfriend?? And when was that? Think... you might suddenly recall...

Lingos SG

OMG girlfriend.... i went into the house after moving my car. I've got my car key but where is my house key? I keep them separate... sniff.
I think i locked them in the laundry shed.
Ahh... might check there cos i moved a ton of dirty laundry into the shed.

Rhonda SG

Retrace your steps! Go now! Go and check! Razz

Lingos SG

CRAP It is not in there.
It's not in my jeans, it's not in my handbag(s).
It's not on the sofa.. it's not on my table..
WHERE THE HECK IS IT?!?!
I used it to open the gate after i moved my car.. URGH

Meia Gisborn SG

Do you have a spare set of keys you could use pending the recovery of the original set?

MG

Rhonda SG

You couldn't have left it at the gate, could you? Can't be cause you'd have needed it to open the doors to your house.

Lingos SG

No I dont'.. i need to cut a copy.
