they still say we're 15% over estab. i have no idea how they
calculate, 2 person per aircraft? They never take into
consideration at any time there are 12 ppl out due to SAR duty.
That leaves the rest for the 2 shifts and there are people who are
on course, MC and leave.
And they plan like almost 5 day sorties and 3-5 night sorties, for
every different type of sortie there will be a spare. Not only
that, there's recovery for the 'sick' aircrafts. So that's easily
7-10 aircrafts to prepare.
Anyway, tell ur management to put more ppl at the motorcycle side
when we go in by car to JB for
crab makan then push them to the cars side
