kopiosatu SG nope, not my shift today. there's always next week. anyway answering your previous... previous comment. the chinook isn't that big actually, put the SP and chinook side by side, the length is almost the same. it is just the design that makes the chinook look big.
Rhonda SG I was just going to say, 'Waaaaah! Thanks ah bing di!' until I read your last sentence! Erm... what did you do to them??
martin_lim85 SG yea. i thought the chinook was "big" but when i went close and see see touch touch and kick kick it looks smaller then i thought
deathscythe99 SG I actually overheard a lady saying to her friend, "Wah that helicopter manage to hover there for so long, so powerful sia...." I was like....
Rhonda SG Eh... maybe, that was me? I actually exclaimed to my friend, "Look!! Look at that helicopter!! It's hovering up there in the air for so long!! Waaaaah!" Hey, come to think of it, were you sitting at the Green Sector??! Maybe, that was really me?!
kopiosatu SG hahahaha SP full fuel load can fly for up to 5hrs. Chinooks lasts longer definately... but SP provides the best view.
Rhonda SG Ooooh! The side door of the SP was open. It was very steady, remaining up there in the sky for a long, long time!! Does staying stationery in the air consume less fuel than if it were to fly about? Does this mean that full fuel load is can fly for up to 5 hrs and if it's just to hover, the full fuel load can last longer?
kopiosatu SG as far as i know, the engine burns more during a climb. but i usually count 1000lbs of fuel for every hour. (actually lesser than that but this is a rough gauge)
X-men SG reason given was for search and rescue. I think its more for the heavy lifting capabilities.
