I believe this National Library building was set up mainly as a
reference point, rather than a borrowing library. Apart from
housing collections such as southeast asian collections, reference
library etc, there are also offices inside where diff. departments
in NLB are (instead of the staff being at various locations such as
Millenia Tower, Marine Pde & Geylang lib, etc). So... I think
HQ staff are gonna 'reside' there from now on.
The National Arts Council's Drama Centre also takes up 4 floors of
the building.

Given a choice, I'd like to work there! It'll be really great
