I know Simei CC there, 2 pretty good sized crabs for 20 bucks.
Sembawang has pretty reasonable prices for crabs too just that it's
a little out of the way for most I think.
At Sembawang, I like their chilli crab with fried mantou, the
pepper crab is ok, they have butter crab, fried crab n dunno what
other style but I have not tried those beofre
As for Simei.....not tried those as well
