It's called MellBan.
The way to get there is to take CTE exit Ang Mo Kio Ave 1. Go all
the
way straight when you see SPC make a U-turn into the lane which is

22. Enter the first carpark on the left. Should be block 231 - 235

think... Anyway, when you enter there is a kopitiam called Uncle
Leong
on the left. That is not the shop. You have to go all the way
inside,
diagonally opposite Uncle Leong.
Taste & cost: i dunno yet - only going tomorrow. will report
