so i signed up for this dance class at this school. paid in full
and happily awaited my first lesson on that faithful september
afternoon last year.
first lesson down. okae la.. not bad. but instructor informs that
he will be away for 2 weeks.
just before the 3rd week, rvc call frm school asking why i never
turn up. gave reason as above. but was told class cancelled.
however if i was interested, a new one was starting in early
december and they will put my name down.
so there, december came. until nearly xmas then i remembered! no
calls no notification even thought they had my contact details.
emailed the school and the director called (note its a small
school, director is instructor too). said its a misunderstanding
and mixed up of classes. lessons were still continuing.
today teleconv with him, i wanted a refund. he said he apologised,
and no refund. i must go on with the class.
NOT HAPPY AH.. how how??
