Couple-ly items, like his and hers mugs, pillows, champagne flutes,
etc.
Fun, cute stuff like love-themed stationery for them to write love
notes 
Wrap them all up in the basket and add a nice big bow. Fun, very
personalised, and wouldn't bust the budget. BUT will take more time
to shop and prepare though
